Susan Cheshire, Principal

I am a product of Bladen County Schools and have lived here my entire life.  I am a 1993 graduate of Bladenboro High School.  I am a 1997 graduate of the University of North Carolina - Wilmington with a Bachelor's degree in Middle Grades education concentrating in Mathematics and Language Arts.  I am a 2005 graduate of Fayetteville State University with a Masters in School Administration.  I was able to obtain both of my degrees as a North Carolina Teaching Fellow(Bachelors) and a North Carolina Principal Fellow (Masters).

I have worked in Bladen County as a teacher at Dublin and Clarkton School of Discovery.  I served for two years as the Federal Magnet Grant Director for Clarkton School of Discovery.  This was followed by service as an Assistant Principal at Elizabethtown Primary School.  I eventually became Principal of Dublin Primary School and am currently serving in that capacity at Bladen Early College High School.
