We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the start of something new and exciting in Bladen County: the Bladen Early College HIgh School. The Bladen Early College High School is a joint venture between Bladen Community College and the Bladen County Schools. This school is a unique experience that will enable highly motivated students to earn college credits or an associate degree.
As the principal of the Bladen Early College High School, I am committed to providing you academic excellence. We at BECHS value you as a student and the contributions that you will bring to the Early College. Our goal at BECHS is to provide you with a rigorous, relevant, engaging, practical, and applicable education that will help you to achieve a high school diploma, an industry certification, and or an associate degree. Our teachers will create for you a culture of learning that is supportive and collaborative, ensuring that we achieve our vision at Bladen Early College High School by providing a learning environment that is changing lives and creating opportunities for our students. At the Early College, all students will be college ready, possess critical thinking skills, academic knowledge, professional skills, technological skills, and be ready to meet the needs of our community
Our Nighthawk Family draws its strength from a rigorous, relevant learning environment that is built on Creativity, Collaboration, Critical Thinking Skills and Building Positive Relationships. I welcome each and every one of you to our newest high school.

Our vision is to foster a learning environment that is changing lives and creating opportunities for all students. All students will be college ready, possess, critical thinking skills, academic knowledge, professional skills, technological skills, and be ready to meet the needs of our community.
Mission
Provide students with educational opportunities that will target the needs of the community by ensuring successful graduation with workforce relevant skills and/or advanced studies.
